Yo, Yoo. Friday morning. Uki opens soon. I’m sippin’ on some high quality h20, laying surfer style on some shag, in front of a beautiful matte-black steel power rack. The full spectrum, can grow lights are turning on. I’ve got 3 victims, I mean, clients on the list today. I’ll be doing a kettlebell workout, myself with a bro. Haven’t touched those Russian paper weight in a hot second; we’ll see how it goes.
-I just turned the gym heat up to 71F.
Anyways, I’ve been practicing guided meditation consistently for 5 years now. The most recent stuff was combining quantam physics with “mindfulness”. It was great; served it’s purpose for a solid couple of months.
-The temp is rising and it feels great.
Recently, I found myself leaving guided meditation in a more stressed state than I entered. Why? It was simple, I no longer needed it.
The words of the instructor, once helping, are just distracting now. 30-40 minutes of eyes-closed-silence is what my brain requires to feel stimulated. It used to be seconds. Most brains are.
How long can you go with eyes-closed-silence? I’m interested; even more on what thoughts arise during.
Our deepest secrets come forth in the dark.
And greatest ideas.
And why gratitude is sent to the thousands of instructors that have guided me. I can teach myself now. Or maybe I always have been.
-Lani just layed in-between my legs, warmin’ up the hammies.
Going to prep for clients now. Super excited for this day.
I wish you love with the beauty of this present moment.
