12 months ago, Uki Gym was Born.
Over the last 12 months, Uki’s held 2000+ successful workout sessions.
Uki is an example of where the gym industry is going.
Nature inspired. Natural materials like wood, steel and concrete. Add in some windows and fresh light and boom! You have the future.
Why Nature? You ask?
The idea is to encourage the lifter to enter the present moment, The Now. Nature is best at doing this, even subconsciously. Example, noticing a pretty pink flower may cause a lifter not to think about anything and just notice it, even for a second.
Once the lifter is present, he/she may feel safe enough to push the body outside of it’s previous limits. The lifter cannot notice a limit if they are not present.
It is a requirement of any gym to create an environment where the humans are consistently being gracefully reminded to return to The Present Moment. Nature is best at doing this.
Uki is Nature Inspired. And the reason why it played host to 2000+ workouts in 2026.
