Rituals

Rituals keep us from numbing.

Rituals require Presence.

Ritual: Action performed with Intent, in order to process and grow.

Rituals are required to change season.

If a Ritual is not performed, the previous season carries into the next, without proper processing, and never learned from. Rituals can be “stacked” in order to create a Right of Passage.

Prayer is not a ritual.

Prayer is a good habit.

Good habits are called “Micro-Rituals”.

A Ritual requires more than prayer.

Rituals performed together create a Right of Passage, to the next season.

Contrary to popular belief, no ritual is ever the same.

The structures can be similar.

Think of a birthday party; singing is a ritual, cake is a ritual, all of it is performed in order to pass onto the next year, to grow and to celebrate.

But, each ritual must be unique because nothing is ever the same; location, temperature, people, situation, season, ect.

Each birthday party is actually really different. And the more it’s tried to be replicated. The more frustration is met.

Daily prayer is great to thrive day-to-day and rituals are fabulous to grow season to season.

When is the last time you transitioned seasons with a Right of Passage?

If you can’t remember, there may be a chance you might be holding on to something that’s not yours.

Either way, we’re all cool people.

Rituals or not.

Happy Rituals,

Trainer Mitchy
